Ummm...it's not really steam anymore at 75 C, is it? It's water vapor.

Do your really want SG, or density?

In any case, there are many online resources for the properties of saturated steam. For example.

http://www.efunda.com/materials/water/steamtable_sat.cfm

The density from there is .2422 kg/m3. You can struggle with definitions of specific gravity

There's no need. It's look-up-able.

→ Steam Tables.

Try:

  • Mayhew & Rogers, "Thermodynamic Properties of fluids", any edition.
  • Perry, "The Chemical Engineer's Handbook", any edition.
  • Kempe's Engineers' Yearbook, any edition,
  • Etc.
