Steam Flow Measurement by Using Ultrasonic

Is it possible to measure steam flow by using ultrasonic method ? if possible what are the difficulties in this method ? and what about accuracy.

The vortex-shedding technique is easier to implement and will offer better accuracy. Vortex-shedding flowmeters for steam are widely available commercially.
