Eraser ZZ-E-661

I need help in looking for a repalcement to an eraser designated by a mil-spec as ZZ-E-661. I found this eraser at logistic centers but I desire to purchase a commercially avaialble equivalent eraser. I googled resulting in logistic suppliers, which are extremely costly. Thank you

I had to use 'Mil-Spec' Pink Pearl erasers for abrasion tests of optical surfaces.

Would you recall how the conclusion to use the pink pearl eraser was reached and what was the specification called for was the ZZ-E-661?
