Yabbut, how do you explain away the other 364 days around here?

So look, I've finally found a plausible explanation for at least one day a year. It's a start. Not much, I'll admit.

Maybe we could blame the extreme hysteria, lack of rational behavior, shortness of memory, loss of civility, poor grammar and spelling and just plain bad manners on some monthly cycle that coincides with the full moon? Or some other poorly understood cyclic event.

That would explain away 12 days a year. Then, some might argue that there is a period of 5-7 days on each side of the "poorly understood cyclic event" that may trigger marginal rationality, all caps, no logic and self pity among some, mostly Guests.

Nope, that doesn't explain it away either.

Mebbe it's some sort of seasonal mood disorder, or something in the water, or the fact that the world is ending in 2012 and everyone has to get their iodicy out of their systems now.

I'm gratified that you refrained from mentioning a certain monthly cyclic event afflicting only certain members _{(she said...)} of this community. Otherwise I would have had to open up a giant can of harrumph.

I've been studying the effect of lunar radiation on exposed pthylates in the environment as it relates to cyclical irrationality of ^_all humans. I may be on to something here, but it will take years to prove my thesis.

Although it is too early for conclusive proof, I have applied for a government (DARPA) grant of $5,000,000.00USD for an assistant.

I'm not sure Heidi is stable, or rich.

It just a simple case of statistics. (Now there's an oxymoron for you.) There are so many people here on this planet that at any moment in time there are always some people having a bad day, confronted with things beyond there control, looking to blame anyone but themselves or just plain being astonishingly stupid. A full moon just makes it easier to see these fools at night.

BTW, that picture was taken 6 years ago........I've matured a lot since then.
