Sharing experience on Panasonic products in India

12/14/2010 12:40 AM

Guys

I want to warn you on Panasonic Automation products. Bad quality and worst service in India. Based on their reputation, my company designed all machines using Panasonic servo drives.

Within 3 months, servo drive failed and they are yet to rectify. Second drive failed within a month. Sole distributor has no spare parts in stock and waiting for it from Japan. Panasonic office in Delhi is of no help and very passive. Before you commit Panasonic automation products, think twice.

I wasn't aware that Panasonic had a reputation for servo drives. I guess now they do....
