What is the ideal height of installing a water ( liquid) ring vacuum pump. I am using this for an extruder and the vacuum chamber is at an height of 74" from GL.
It isn't critical, so you could base the decision on 1) convenience of reaching the pump for service, and 2) short run of pipe from the vacuum chamber to the pump.
