Nozzel Distortion or Bend in Pressure Vessel

During inspection of a pressure vessel, a nozzel (2") distortion (bend) noted and is due to welding only. please specify acceptance limitation in any plane.

If the drawing specifies any tolerances for angularity, you could follow those. I don't know how or why a bend could be due to welding only. Maybe the nozzle crashed into something after fabrication?

+/- 0.5 degrees-deviation from horizonta,vertical or the intended position in any direction.(as per pressure vessel handbook-vessel fabrication tolerances)

The vessel manufacturer and its client (not always) should have a specification or standard drawing specifying fabrication tolerances for pressure vessels.
