Hey, you could paint concentric circles on them; but should they increase in even steps of diameter, area, or something else?

Yeah!!!!!! They could use them to generate electricity, use the electricity to turn the fan blades %^$#$##@&&**(()))_use the excess to run a household or feed it back into the grid or or or or or or or.............................................

Very neat. And it's much nicer than making small animals do the run. Although, it reminded me of them, especially when the baloon had to make three tries to get in the hoop!!!
