You pay for what you buy and with a bit of luck make a profit when you sell.

STOP SHOUTING!

Did you get a job that you are not qualified to do?

Go back, look at past jobs and make your own spread sheet for future reference.

Great, I'm glad to hear that you need a costing formula for a sheet metal company.

Your statement prompts me to ask a few questions. What will happen to you if you don't find a formula? Will you lose your job or get a poor grade? In either case why do you think that we should care?

From your apparent panic of shouting an un-punctuated butchered statement instead of a comprehensible question, I suspect that you wouldn't know the difference between a cost analysis of machine shop from an episode synopsis of the Simpsons.

Go and meet thy fate!

$ Raw Material + $ Burn of Man Hours Production + $ Burn of Administration Staff + $ Burn of Infrastructure Overhead + $ Tooling + $ Burn of Regulatory Compliance + Factored Maintenance $ Burn + $ Burn Recurring Company Financing Overhead = Minimum Net Production Cost.

There you go , one bean counting MBA for zilch.

$ Burn = Cash Burn.

Googling "estimation software" or "sheet metal estimating" might turn up something useful.

Well, I need a decent night's kip, Pipsqueak. So turn the NOISE down and bog off somewhere else. <Splutter>
