i think you need to qualify , what is the" High" temperature. Secondly is the temperature high at all the time in a day? Further what wattage and voltage of the unit you are looking for?

I am talking about temperatures of 60 C during the day and for most of the year (8-9 months)

How about putting the batteries in an adjacent but separate room, and ventilating or air-conditioning the battery room? Ventilation is needed, anyway.

Vented Cell batteries are going to have a different temp vs. life curve than VRLA's. But they usually require more physical space. VRLA's are suited for smaller areas and rougher environments in general, but they never last very long and they are not maintenance free as advertised (nothing is maintenance free). But their usual life is around 5 years in a good environment. My advice is to look at different battery types (vented vs. sealed, lead acid vs. nickle cadmium maybe) and what types are suited best for specific environments. High temperature applications, the suitable battery is not conventional VRLA batteries. Use flooded tubular instead. Further option is Tubular Gel battery. Depending of location , Duty cycle and console space and quality, back up facility, access , the correct application of the battery is to be decided. A manufacturer having facilities to make all of these are better placed to offer suitable types on "site specific" applications. Many applications have extreme climates. Some have only back up DG set only. Some are with heavy discharge and some are with light discharge. Also users can give some better information in battery selection.
