Inquiry to Transformer Manufacturer

How do we write the inquiry to a transformer manufacturer for step up transformer with primary voltage 400V (delta connection) secondary voltage 20000V (star connection) at five o'clock. Shall we write Dyn5 or Ynd5. Thanks

You can write 20000/400V Ynd5 OR 400/20000v Dyn5 whatever you like. You have to specify primary/secondary by the voltage level.
