Looking for Multi-Channel 4bit DAC

Hi everyone...

Iam looking for 4bit multi-channel DAC IC which can hav an operating temperature of -55 to +125degree cent. Can any one suggest any multi-channel 4bit DAC IC plz...

I want it urgently for my project...

I searched a lot but i could not find it...

Why only 4-bit? I doubt if anyone makes such a low resolution IC these days.

Mr Winfield Hill went to great trouble to tell you how to search for available power MOSFETs as below

I am sure the supplier he directed you to has many D/A converters. You just need to search for D/A converter, not MOSFET......
