The cable of copper conductor ,XLPE insulation for 220 kVampacity it is very different depending on many factors as type of screen [copper wires, tapes, lead sheath and other, grounded in single point or both ends, type of outer sheath [pvc, EPDM, other],the installation way [in underground 0.8 m deep,90-250 Earth thermal resistance, in conduits, in duct bank, and how many cables run parallel, and many other factors].For information only ,attached here a copy of an ABB table.
