There is a magnetic flux coupling occurring from the Sun to the Earth, and this portal occurs about every 8 minutes, during which time particles pass through these magnetic tubes.

I understand what you are asking. The driving factor is having a magnetic field. Earth has a pretty prominent magnetic moment pole to pole.
Venus does not (it is actually very weak like Mars) and the interaction between the Sun and Venus works on a different mechanism when high energy particles from the Sun strike that planet's ionosphere.
Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all have strong magnetic fields. Mercury was a surprise to find it also had a weak magnetic field.
Are you sure you're not confusing the light-travel-time between the Sun and the Earth with the occasional magnetic storms on the Sun that send ionized particles toward the Earth?
It takes light about 8 minutes when it leaves the Sun's photosphere to reach the Earth. The stream of particles that leaves the Sun due to a solar flare thankfully takes a bit longer, so when astronomers see a solar storm they can send out warnings for the astronauts in space and for power grids to prepare for power surges when the storm reaches us.

Venus gets a large amount of time particles, that's why women used to pray to Venus to keep themselves young. Please note: since Venus is closer to the Sun, she gets more particles. Uranus gets very few. Oh, I see. Never mind.
Do you mean the "timeon" or the "timeout" particles since they have different behaviours ?
Do not forget that earth send also "time" particles to the sun there is a continuous exchange if not the sun would die earlier not having any more enough time.
The Earth agglomerated from iron-rich material, unlike some of the other planets. I think Venus did not. Our core, composed mostly of iron, has three unpaired electrons per atom in its normal state on our surface, and thus has the capacity to interact with and to create a magnetic field. The out-gassing of the Sun consists of moving ions (among other things) and thus also interacts with and creates magnetic fields. Interestingly, the ozone layer is composed of a compound of oxygen atoms, which can have several different states, including some with unpaired elections as does iron. The ozone layer normally blocks significant amounts of radiation, so that modifications of this layer can change our life here. The core is hot, pressured, and dense - the ozone layer is cold, sparsely filled, and light - yet they both can interact with the solar wind.
Well, there is a little more to this. Other planets have magnetic fields that you would not expect to have them and it is not due to iron. Examples would be Uranus and Jupiter.
The best theory behind the generation of a magnetic field is the magnetic dynamo theory. Basically, a fluid core that has a conducting substance is all that is needed. Yes, iron works, but other substances work as well. Jupiter has mostly hydrogen and about 10% helium.
In the case of Jupiter, the liquid core is mostly hydrogen, which readily conducts. This allows the free movement of electrons in a charge. As you know, a moving change will produce a magnetic field. The rotation provided by Jupiter is the engine that generates the magnetic field.
Note, the magnetic field does not need to be co-aligned with the rotational pole. Uranus has a magnetic pole that is something like 60° off the rotational pole.
