How do unscribe and stop e/mails? Im retired

Normally there is an un subscribe option with every subscribed email you receive. and its available to everyone not only to retired person.

Simple. Don't log on to the e-mail service.

Go to your profile (by clicking on your user name) - click edit profile - at the foot you have menus for all your notifications - select as you wish.

When done click 'save changes' (at the very bottom)
