Boiler Stack Design

Good day all. Can anybody give the reference books or standards for the design of stacks for boilers ?

I think you're going to have to give a bit more detail. For all we know it could be your domestic boiler.

The NFPA National Fuel Gas Code Handbook (even though I generally dislike the NFPA because they are principally marketer's of their multitudes of publications) is an excellent book to learn about residential and light commercial venting, as well as many other need-to-know basics.

The editor, Mr. Lemoff, has probably been since fired because of the recognition he was getting describing "trade secrets".
