There are various fire extinguisher supplier Websites that give several alternatives for Halon, with application advice.

Any fire suppressant needs to be installed in a manner that, while it puts out the fire, doesn't suffocate any humans that are nearby in so doing.

The best advice is to talk to fire suppressant systems suppliers with preliminary detail of a specific installation in mind. And get a quotation for the work, so it acn be bought-in; transfer the risk. D-I-Y in this area is fraught with liability issues, particularly if the installation's fire insurance provider can find a loophole to wriggle through! Get the design documented at every step of the way to the commissioned installation. Remember the "cover-your-arse-coefficient".
