What gas and payload weight are you planning on using as the material selection will depend on this?

There are a number of good websites on the internet that offer guides to Helium blimp construction.

Polyurethane may work, but if it is going to be difficult (or expensive) to get you may want to be sure before ordering. Plastic or composite sheet material should be available over the internet from either a plastics manufacturer, supplier or wholesaler (it is not a controlled material).

According to the Goodyear Blimp Website, their blimps are made of two-ply neoprene-impregnated polyester fabric.

Mono coat is a material that is used in RC aircraft covering processes. Very easy to work with and tough as nails. You should be able to google RC Aircraft and find a ton of suppliers around the world for this type of material.

What are you using the blimp for, if I may ask?
