It is easiest to find a supplier of these shapes, and look up kg/m in their catalog.

[In the "dopey" non-metric U.S. system, these shapes are designated as (shape)(depth dimension)x(lb/ft); e.g., C10x15.3 is a standard channel weighing 15.3 lb/ft. This makes things easy.]

Because of fillets, roundings, and sloped flange surfaces, calculating from scratch is a bit of a drag.
