Somewhere in the northern part of India, recently, the line loss was 240 kG of copper busbar, and 182 kG of ACSR conductor. Before commissioning. Sigh.

This happened last week inside a 40,000 SQ. foot warehouse in my area that I watch for an absentee owner.

Sad, sad, sad.

I'll be getting a quote today. I'm guessing somewhere around $25-30,000.00USD to fix.

Oh boy! i thought the US was above such things, one lives and learns. Very sad. And what was stolen would not net a fraction of the loss suffered. So pointless, so callous. My sympathies with you....

Drugs, methamphetamines mostly, are to blame for most of it. They are extremely addictive, and people will do almost anything to get money to buy it.

Makes me long for the days when everybody smoked pot. It just made you lazy.
