I think you may have to make a detailed list of your parts requirements, then source your local or worldwide suppliers, and finally contact them with your price inquiries. There are just too many variables to give you a generalized cost estimate.

Perhaps if you submit a detailed parts list to this website in a blog, and ask the participants what they may have paid for the items listed in the recent past, you might get some helpful answers.
