can any one help me out with the specifications of an low tension neutral grounding resistor??????

Please visit www.i-gard.com and download a free-to-download publication titled "Neutral Grounding Resistors - Technical Information - Application Guide".

But, wait! your name suggests you are from India. Vide Indian Electricity Rule 61 (1) (e): "In the case of an alternating current system, there shall not be inserted in the connection with earth any impedance".

This means that all LV systems must only be solidly earthed.
