I Have purchased solar panel plate, which having capacity 10watt, 19.2v,

my question is that what happens if the output wire of solar panel is short circuit.

You asked this same question a week or so ago.

10 watts ÷ 19.2 volts ≈ 0.52 amps. If the wire is too small, it will burn up. If not, probably nothing will happen, but I'm not sure.

It just gets a little hotter in the sun. It can't get any hotter than it would if it were painted black or if it could be a near perfect black body absorber. Since it isn't it won't get that hot because some energy will be reflected. So effectively, nothing happens. Or another way to look at it is 0.6 amps x 0 volts = 0 watts. Of course there will be a voltage across the cell equal to the current developed x the effective resistance of the cell but still, not something to write home about...
