Polar 115emc

My polar 115 emc guillotine now can only move to the longest distance 78.8cm instead of 115cm suddenly. It can move slowly after 78.8cm. Please if any person can me to make correct setting. Thanks!!!!!! Joe.

If it is hydraulic check oil level.
