AC Motor with Frequency Controller for Changing RPM

I am in need of a Frequency controller which can change RPM of AC Motor (Rating less than 1 HP) as we want with change in frequency. e.g. If I want RPM at some time 203 RPM and then 204 RPM and then 205 RPM....Suggest me the instrument which can do this thing.

It's called a variable frequency drive, and they are readily available on the open market.

As PWS has said, use a VFD. Note, though, that you will need your motor to be of the 3-phase induction type to work with a VFD.
