Attaching Nickel Foam

We are looking for someone that can or knows of someone that can attach nickel foam to a sheet of nickel plated steel. Both pieces are 20" x 20". This can be done by welding, bonding, or some other method as long as it results in a good electrical contact of the 2 pieces with minimal damage to the nickel foam and absolutely can not "burn" through the nickel plating. Any input on who can or ideas how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

back when we were making fuel cells, we used a nickel based brazing paste from Wall Colmolloy and put it in a hydrogen atmosphere furnace.
