Reinforcement Earthing

Hello Experts,

Does anybody knows about Reinforcement earthing and its advantage?

I also want to know the standard method to do this in site. Please let me know the standards to be referred for same.

In the case of the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway, reinforcement earthing is paramount to prevent stray traction return currents causing unintentional galvanic corrosion of the reinforcement inside the structures supporting the railway - quite an advantage!
