how to make a 4to 20 ma current source? plz rply me or sent it on

Look at Analog Devices type AD420 Integrated Circuit or similar, using "Search Globalspec" . But until you specify how you wish to change the set current between 4 and 20 mA and with what resolution and load resistance range - one is just guessing. Do you mean AC or DC current? For DC instruments, 4 - 20 mA is one standard, but maybe 4 - 20 mA AC is more challenging [e.g. a vibration sensor output].
