Primary to Secondary Fault

what will happen if the primary side of a transformer if it touches the secondary side of the transformer? what kind of short circuit is this?

All the stuff on the low side of the transformer gets a jolt...and things fry!

if it is not ground you get the input voltage on your circuit? like the previous poster said a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autotransformer

If they have been correctly selected, installed and maintained, one or more of the circuit protective devices will operate, disconnecting the fault.
