what is determine the size of capacitor start and run for the single phase motor

There is no simple way to determine the value of start and run capacitors, because there are lots of different internal connections. It is usually the case when the main phase occupies 2 / 3 slots and the start phase a 1 / 3 slots, but there are windings with a 1 / 2 slots for both phases. Sometimes there is just a run capacitor and sometimes both run and start capacitor. It is best to use the manufacturers data or use a database (see here).
