Can anyone tell how to do single phase stability for REF in secondary side of the Transformer?

You mean, by primary injection?

You mean , by creating a phase-to-earth short circuit fault after the REF CT Location on the Line side? I would not advocate that, for it could be dangerous, as full votage is now available for the fault and it could create havoc. There are low voltage, high current injection test kits available for conducting these kinds of tests.
