Inspection Test Plant

I want to know how to do an Inspection Test Plant for replacing Boom on a Mobile Crane.

Ask you insurance underwriters they are the ones that will give the OK to use the equipment. If you have no insurance then leave the job alone and get a qualified engineer in.
