	How accurate you want the simulator to be and what is that you want to simulate in this simulator? ECG normal waveform is rather simple but to show the defects, you need to know the waveforms for the defects. If this is your institutes work then probably you need an instrument for educations. Call me on my number 0751-2470680 and ask for Shyam. You can learn to build such electronics in a training class unless you are already good at electronics. I have a training class where you can learn. You need a microcontroller or PC, DAC board and power supply. Perhaps an oscilloscope or PC-scope to see the waveform.
