Why would you been looking for an international ready mix company from outside of Saudi, when you already have at least two "international" ready mix companies in place, who have their own quarries, labs, equipment and offices throughout your country, ready to serve?

If you are planning to establish a competing company, why would you expect, and how would you plan to take market share from the others?

Well I hope you've figured out by now, this isn't the place to find the company you're looking for. Go Google yourself some companies, read their profiles, decide who would make a likely partner, and approach them with your

well defined plan as to how you will take market share, and

clear analysis with figures showing that demand is growing

If a concrete/cement company from the USA has an interest in doing business in Saudi, it will more likely be registered with the US Embassey in Saudi. You can check with them or make the rounds to the other embassies to see if they have companies with an interest.

When it comes to concrete, the world leader in the design and construction of plants is FLS Minerals (AKA FL Schmidt industries).

FLSmidth is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their engineering group is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA (Why I do not know!).

When I completed my contract with them, they had cement plants in damn near every single country on the planet and had contracted with China to build 40 more of them.

When you consider that cement is the single largest man-made product on the planet you get a sense of how large FLS is.

It takes enormous amounts of energy to make cement and it's key ingredients (like limestone).

The manufacture of cement is also one of the worst offenders on the planet when it comes to generating carbon dioxide, if such things are important to you.

I believe their closest technology center is located in Chennai, India.

The office is in Bethlehem PA because more then likely the original company they bought out was from there. Bethlehem , PA and surrounding areas were once the largest producers of Portland cement in the world until around the 1960's.

Better buy concrete ready mixer and mix cement+sand+grave= concrete ready mix. You can sell extra ready mix to others. .
