Please advise us the method for checking the continuity of 16 sqmm embeded bare copper earth conductor running parallel to Communication duct bank without using return wire, 20 km of 200 manholes, at 100meter each prior to cable pulling

Hire a qualified electrician, a continuity tester, and over 200m of single core wire.
