well.... I don't want an organization of 'brown shirts'.. but a few slappings is relatively harmless. All other forms of vengeance have to be handled by those so inclined... there are enough already.

I'm sure there are those that need it occasionally, but controlling the uncontrollable... I dunno... turn the other cheek?
