Yes but as 24v DC is classed as a SELV, I'm not sure why you would want to...

Client is asking such protection on the DC source.However,I never did it before.Seeking help on this.Thank alots....

Is this a DCCT? (Sorry if it is a stupid question, but i have to ask, since DCCTs are complex and i haven't seen a CBCT for DC so far)

If so, what are its details?

Often the 0V side of a 12VDC or a 24VDC control system is bonded to <...Earth...> as a corrosion prevention arrangement, particularly with road vehicles, for example, where water can be expected; positive earth tends to rot steel rather quickly. From a commissioning perspective it does make testing and fault-finding rather straightforward, because exposed metalwork at earth potential is easy to find.

Why one would want <...Earth Leakage Protection...>, which is a contrivance to protect persons from electric shock from faulty circuits at mains voltages, in such situations as <...24Vdc...> remains a mystery for the time being.
