Mineral Processing Techniques - Iron, Vanadium, Titanium

11/08/2011 8:29 PM

How can I be able to recover iron, vanadium and titanium from vanadium bearing-titanomagnetite? Whereby vanadium-titanium-iron have high degree of linkage.

You need the LynDoor™Industries Subsolidus Phase Titanomagnetite Solid Solution Series 5000 separator, with the Titananium®Slinger option.

This baby is capable of multiple transonic derivations which alter the nature of the Dilithium iron crystals to produce a here-to-fore unknown purity of the linkages desired.

These are availabe at LynDoor.com\bighonkindoogigger.html

Sorry,

We're updating the website and it will back up tomorrow.

We have a new product to announce that will significantly reduce the back etching of the cross tunnel activon as it completes the first tri-basic harmonic cycle.

Stay turned.

But just give me a hint of those transonic derivations methods which alter the nature of iron crystal.

I can't, at the moment, give you more information without a signed non-disclosure agreement in place.

My legal department has advised me that we are not totally protected, at the moment, and cannot divulge any more details of operation.

We're setting up a new web site. I'll let you know when it's up and running.

I hope I am not too late. Why would you by LynDor's product when you can have a superior method for half the price?

I am talking about my Discombobulation Ray Gun.

It breaks everything down into it's constituent parts, allowing recombination into any form of matter. It can even reverse combustion, allowing one to recycle the exhaust from primitive gasoline or diesel engines.

It requires minimal maintenance, mainly consisting of clearing quantum strings from the primary filter, and an occasional back flush of the quantum filter media. It does have a few bugs that will be resolved in the next model, such as entangled particles becoming Not-'d up at various locations, but so far it does not seem to occur in your Milky Way Galaxy, which I presume, based on your non-telepathic,non Tachyon, communication method, to be your domicile.

For information and availability in your area, contact your nearest distributor:

Using techniques that break the linkage?

This sounds like a layman query. I will provide a rough and general answer at that level. In metals extraction there are basic areas of process operations:
Minerals Processing : Solids handling Processes

Hydro-metallurgy : Chemical Processes using water.

Pyrometallurgy : Chemical Processes using heat.

The metals you mention will require all of the above and a bit more. In order of difficulty of extraction, I should let you know : Iron is relatively simple but for a company that has access to the equipment such as furnaces (expect high temperatures of 1600C). By all counts, titanium extraction and titanium metal production are extremely difficult. So much so that only a few countries in the world are capable of producing the metal. The same applies to Vanadium Metal as it behaves in a similar way to Titanium.

If you are talking about ore concentration and exporting the concentrate to Titanium or Vanadium producing countries then this is another story. This would be more realistic. This means that you would use mainly minerals processing techniques such as Crushing & Grinding, Milling, Screening, Flotation, etc. Do follow on Wikipedia.

If you are talking the of going the "full monty" - in other words if you want to produce the metal (Titanium or Vanadium) as your product then think several times again! Outside of 5 or 6 countries (Japan, USA, UK, China, etc) no other countries have the capability to manufacture these two metals. Some countries like Canada & South Africa are in a position to supply the market with Titanium bearing ores but yet are not in a position to produce the actual metal as they currently lack the technology and have not invested in such manufacturing plants.

I wonder, why might you be interested in these processes. Does it mean that you have access to or have knowledge of a relevant mineral resource? If so, you should check the factors such as ore concentrations, etc before going further. Then I would suggest that you either do research (e.g. on Wikipedia). Alternatively you might want to get expert opinion or advice.

The types of operators that follow up such queries can often be traders who have connections with a 3rd party that owns a resource. Problem is what does the trader bring to the table? There are only 3 pieces to the equation in such ventures:
a) The Concession for the exploiting resource.

b) The Money to finance the Venture.

c) The Method - The Technology.

Such ventures only start to make sense when all 3 of the above come together simultaneously. In addition, it must be financially viable.

Hope I shed some light on the query.

If you type in on a google search: iron, titanium, vanadium processing, you will get a reference to every Chinese manufacturer of equipment to do the job as it is presently done.
