This might be possible, and one could study the economics. The juicer/crusher would need a power source, which could be an engine built into the tanker truck that collects the juice.

As a parallel example, some wheat farms in the U.S. don't do their own harvesting; rather, an outside company brings in a fleet of combines. They harvest one farm in a day or so, and then move on to another. The farmer thus does not need to purchase and maintain an expensive equipment item that is used for only a few days per year.

Any thing is possible if you drown it in enough $.

Your circumstances need to be analyzed, calculated and considered.

The result must be viable and more beneficial .

Some questions which may enable better advice.

What is the size of your operation?

Do you produce in blocks? (spread harvest time over the year)

What is the distance to the mill / factory ?

How much sugar is produced in your immediate vicinity?

What is the possibility of forming a co-operation?

Dilip

I quickly visited your area (via Google Maps)

Your problem seems to be that there are many owners each working a small plot.

In this manner the operations are not synchronized and scheduled and each owner attracts the full cost of production and transport at an uneconomical high rate.

My advice to you is to (start) discuss your problems with your neighbours and devise a plan to your mutual benefit and satisfaction.

You could aim to spread the harvest activity over a longer period and thereby use less transport infrastructure.

There can be both positive and negative effects of adopting this method

cons

1 Baggase/husk which can be used as a fuel for boilers will not be available to mills. or have to be taken separately.

2 Decanting stations for taking out juice to be constructed.

pros

1. the sugar yeild will be greatly enhanced (subject to ferementation doesnt take place)

2. inventory build up in factories can be avoided

3. Road traffic congestion near factory areas will not take place.
