Air Slide Fabric Tensioning Procedure

Can anyone explain the exact procedure of tensioning the airslide fabric or a website link giving the procedure and pictures.

Simply loosen/tighten some turnbuckles until the shape is just right.

I would appreciate if anyone could explain the percentage elongation of the fabric to be done to have optimum tensioning.
