Before becoming a genius it would be better you get accustomed to the units: Kilowatt is a unit of POWER not of energy! Energy is measured in kilowatthour.

When a car comes on a slope which moves it cannot reach the height of the slope when it is not on. If the slope is FIXED the the car part weight on it does not make any work since displacement is nil and work is the product of force by made travel.

Do you see on a highway cars playing hupy jumpy at 100/h ? Nobody will travel on such a highway.

Hey, why not? It would be a puncheon-log corduroy road like the skid road that went to Yesler's sawmill in pioneer Seattle, which term later morphed into "skid row."

They could put digital displays on these speed bumps, so that every time you ran over one of the nuisances, it would flash a message--"Ka-ching, you have just contributed 0.01 kwh (and an extra drop of petrol) to our local mini-grid!"

As I said in the other thread a while ago, this is just another taxation scam being thought about in cities. It may not LOOK like a taxation scam to the vast majority of ingnorami in the world, but that doesn't mean it is not. All you are doing is extracting tiny incremental amounts of fuel from the car owners as they pass over the devices to generate "free" electricity for the speed breaker / speed bump owners. It's a transfer of wealth from an infrastructure user to a separate party that either owns or controls the infrastructure, which by definition is a use tax.
