(b) and (d) are basically for over all good except the effect of (d) on the above (It would reduce human population to a level below ant population)
Of course the above should have been the reason but they aren't The actual reason is (pssst... we are bored of the other three so for a change let us change the taste and give something new to our political taste-buddies.
Today is World AIDS Day...designated as December 1st every year.
.45% of the American population are living with AIDS (.6% worldwide)...the same as new Cancer cases each year, half of that number actually die from Cancer. AIDS is listed as the 17th leading cause of death in America, Breast Cancer alone is 8th.
8.5% of the American population have Diabetes; 7.1% are Drug/Alcohol dependent, 8.7% have a Heart Disease...American tax dollars for all other research and treatment is reversed to the actual threat.
The numbers are so disproportionate, it's not even funny...
The U.S. government, however, spends three times as much on AIDS research as it does on all Cancer research.
There is no known cure for any Virus in the world...
