Depends on how fast you want to go & how the load chain is supported?

If the overall drive ratio is slow enough 100000:1 there's almost no lower limit!

< Driven sporcket 1300mm dia is connected > You mean Drive is needed to this?

<and other side ideal(IDLEr sprocket - also dia 1300mm) sporcket is connected.

chain is there to connect the two sprocket,

in chain we will hang our jobs for blasting & paintings,

so total load will be around 1 tonKindly Advice me which motor & gear box will be >

Q1 If the conveyor chain is , horizontal ,well designed-well-lubricated it matters not much whether total load is 0,1,or2 tons. what matters is how fast you want the loaded chain to carry- 1 meter a minute? and do you want it to go and stop -and go again on push-button control?

Q2 Sorry to sound bad-but I hope this " Driven sporcket 1300mm Pitch Dia " rests on 2 well-designed bearing blocks AND has a shaft ending -Keywayed/Splined/flanged/what detailed dimension?--- You will need to tell this to somebody supplying you the Propeller Shaft to bring the driving torque from the GEARMOTOR.

Q3 Hope you have/can design space/gap/platform/Structure for THE GEARMOTOR at a safe/clean distance. Need to know the coaxial distance from Tip of your1300 dia Sprocket shaftend to gearmotor output shaftend.

Q4 420Volt 3 phase 50Hz power available?

Come back with these 4 answers to me mikemahant@hotmail.com

Rest is simple.

The turtle tries hard

Almost never reciprocated though.

Keeps going undeterred

Let's keep trying-like all engineers should

Thanks for getting tickled at the fallacy of my Avatar

Best wishes friend
