With an advert-laden screen like that, I would expect my computer to be locked-up / trashed / needing a reformat & reload. Freeware is not always free.

Sorry, at first glance, it looked like a Yahoo home page which does have ads. For myself. I prefer a simple Google page. Day before yesterday, iGoogle home page automatically came up when I opened a new tab. Burned my a$$, but finally got Google back.

Thanks for reporting the problem. As it turns out, this issue is being caused by a small set of ads from our advertiser network (which we don't have a lot of control over). I'm going to put something in place to hide the "404 / page not found" error, but unfortunately I can't get the actual ad to show up for you. Sorry about that !
Sigh... Well, I tried, and I know that I fixed some of the errors (but just not all of them). I'll take a look at our log files in a couple of days and see what else I can do.
