If any earth fault trip operates it means that there is a current flowing in the earth conductor in excess of the trip setting. This may indicate a threat to the safety of persons working in the facility. The fault requires urgent investigation and correction.

<...whats wrong if the neutral bar get hot and burns the insulation of neutral bar?...>

Either there is a loose connection onto the bar or the neutral bar is carrying current in excess of its design capacity. This must be stopped immediately, otherwise the facility will not be popular with its fire insurance company!

You have a short circuit somewhere ...This requires further testing with continuity tester by qualified electrician...

The issue you have is way bigger than you realise!

Stop wasting time on Forums and get a qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer onsite and get it fixed.

For you Safety,

It is the clear indication of leakege thru burnt neutral bar. Just cleann the neutral bar, re insulate it, & re start - of course, if you do not understand, call an experienced electrician.
