Where To Get An Oxy G 3/4 Cylinder

Could someone, please point me where I can obtain a 2L oxygen cylinder for welding - with the G 3/4 external connection ?

Not so sure about the acronyms, but I find it typical in some locations to go to the local welding supply and purchase adaptors made especially for converting connections. I have found this necessary in oxygen, acetylene and even nitrogen in Brazil.

Why not check with the welding consumable supplier or welding/cutting gas supplier?
