Hormonic current:

As hormones are excreted by various endocrine organs, it is carried by the bloodstream to the targeted areas of the body. By being injected into the blood fluid as it is pumped by the heart, the hormones are said to be flowing, hence "hormonic currents".

Ah! Twigged it! It could be referring a "farthing" - 1/4d - which is 4 to the penny, 48 to the shilling and 960 to the £1GBP?

I think "distapence" is the point furtherest from the source of the "hormonic".

A distapence was a coin of the realm in the 14th century, not minted, but struck from a mixture of gold, frankincense & mer. This coin then became the "sixpence", a small coin as coin currency became more popular in Briton.

It had about as much use as a chocolate teapot, and was worth even less...

AS for faraway.. ain't that the long bit of green in that ancient game of "wack F%&K". sorry golf??
