Well, if I were you, Captain, I would pick up the telephone and ring the motor manufacturer. It isn't rocket science!

Have you inspected the rotor of the motor ? If rotor bars are cut then the shaft will be heated up due to shaft current . Or if the bearing outer race is loose , not fiitting in the bearing house tight , then it will rub and create a localised heat which will be on the shaft . In any case you have to dismantle the motor again & do a good inspection.

For the bearing housing, it was inspected and insert tightly into bearing housing or bearing seat..Then, what do you meant by cutting rotor bars? is there we make some modification on rotor bar or cut rotor bar for balancing purpose??

Broken rotor bars can cause current through the shaft and bearings. Very uncommon in modern cast rotor bar design.

To ask about cutting rotor bars shows you don't know what your doing.

Did you change the shaft sealing? (zimmerring ?)

When they are new, they heat the shaft more.

Put some grease on it.

60 - 70°C seems a normal temperature to me for a new sealing.
