Please search the term "tank adapters". They are made of various materials, including stainless.

Having already placed an order, the best source of information will be the organisation with which the order has been placed.

Does this mean that you finished those two projects you were working on and have a degree and a job?

Anyway, the fittings can be molded-in-place. Or, maybe they will use bulkhead fittings.

Let us know how they did it when you get your new tank.

Fair enough. Do you understand how FRP tanks are made?

Please read (or reread) posts 6 and 11. I would get a tank adapter as shown in post 6, made from stainless to match the further piping as said in post 11. I don't see the purpose for additional FRP cladding of the tank/header, although this additional step could give flatter surfaces for gasket sealing.

You have already placed order for the tank with SS nozel and the organisation who has accepted the order can give best details of manufacturing of the Tank. Yes it is possible to give SS nozels on FRP tanks.

This is not an absolute rule, but I would tend to select a tank adapter (bulkhead fitting, possible other terms) of the same material as the further piping.

FRP nozzle? Maybe PVC if it is nonmetallic.

WRT #11.....

Is your piping copper, brass, stainless, iron, titanium.......lead, or plutonium?

At the point in the FRP tank shell where you want to install a nozzle you may have to cast a stiffener into the substrate to provide a sturdy anchor point for the plumbing.

If your tank has a curved surface at these points you will also need to cast in a flat surface zone to permit proper seating for a bulkhead nipple and its retaining nut ie inside and outside.

I figured this tank should have been built and commissioned by now. What's taking so long?

SS piping, well there are 6 nozzles are going to be fit, 3 on the top(flat) and 3 there are going to be fit around the shell. My vendor told me that he will fit these nozzle by cladding on frp.
