The maximum neutral to ground voltage limit is set by your local wiring codes.

Please suggest me some links leading to some standard of neutral to grounding voltage i.e IEEE, IEC, NEC.

As has been discussed in this forum many times before, a voltage on the neutral with respect to earth is simply the expression of the neutral current and the earth loop impedance:

Nobody mentioned which location are these wires. It is the location that identifies which are the local codes. The local codes are the relevant standards.
